What we keep

Without an account: a cookie that recognises your device, your nickname, your player and your scores. With an account (optional): also your email address, your friends and your settings, plus the IP address and browser of your session, erased when it expires. Your nickname, player and scores are public in leaderboards and games; your email never is.

Why

To run the games and your account, and to protect them from cheating and abuse. Banal Games shows no ads and sells no data.

Cookies

Only necessary ones: your player, your account session, your language and your theme. No tracking cookie, so nothing to accept.

How long

As long as your player exists. A player without an account who has been inactive for 12 months is deleted.

Service providers

Our hosts (website, database, live games) and our email delivery service. Some may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards of the GDPR.

Your rights

Download a portable account export or delete your account from Profile. For anything else (access, correction, objection), write to playerone@banalgames.com. You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your own data-protection authority.
